Abstract
Managing diverse talents has become a necessary part of the human resource management of contemporary organizations. The growing diversity of organizations' workforce makes companies reassess their conventional HRM approaches. State-owned enterprises get the increasing attention of talent management scholars since state firms enthusiastically compete for talents. These companies have some particularities that distinguish them from private firms, and there is a need to analyse the existing research on the HRM in state companies which has the potential to add a missing part to the puzzle of managing diverse talents. We study the major topics in the literature on human resource management and talent management in state-owned enterprises, the key findings researchers provide and the gaps in the literature that need to be covered and the resulting research directions for future studies.

Abstract
This chapter is aimed at reflecting technologies as the key resources of modern regions, identifying the essence and modelling the digital inequality of Russian regions, as well as forming the methodological foundation for the consistent resolution of conflicts in the regional economy of Russia. Through the example of the regional economy of modern Russia, the method of the variation analysis is used for the analysis of differences between regions that are individually investigated in relation to the level of digitalization, and their regression dependence on the level of technological development is determined. As a result, it has been found that Russian regions are characterized by a number of conflicts due to their multi-aspect inequality; these include innovation conflicts, investment conflicts and quality of life conflicts. The abovementioned conflicts are mainly caused by differences in the provision of technological resources to regions (in their digitalization). The novelty and fundamental significance of this chapter consist in the clarification of the cause of spatial inequality through differences in the provision of technological resources to regions. The unique character of this chapter consists in justification of the technology factor of the emergence of inequality and conflicts of regions. This chapter proves that technological inequality exacerbates other aspects of inequality and conflicts of regions. Originality and practical relevance of this chapter consist in the evaluation of the prospects and development of recommendations for conflict management in Russian regions through overcoming differences in their technological support and accelerating the pace of their digitalization.

Abstract
Purpose: This chapter explores how Russian fashion designers, as cultural intermediaries operating in the marketplace, interpret patriotism, which has become a noticeable phenomenon in Russia.
Methodology/Approach: Patriotism is approached as an appeal to patria and is considered as a socially constructed category. To explore the construction of patriotism, this research uses Michel Foucault’s concept of governmentality. In the market, the state, commercial companies, media, and consumers co-produce the dispositif of patriotism, which conducts the creative conduct of fashion designers and encourages them to follow patriotic fashion. At the same time, fashion designers have freedom to conduct themselves and act in different ways.
Findings: Interpretations of patriotism within a patriotic dispositif are explored vis-à-vis the interpretations of patriotism articulated by fashion designers. In addition to patriotic fashion, the forms of their creative conduct or counter-conduct are manifested in such subtypes of patriotism in fashion as cosmopolitan patriotism, economic patriotism, cultural patriotism, and fashion localism.
Research Limitations/Implications: The research is mainly limited to a perspective of fashion designers, and to some extent of the government, and does not consider the perspective of consumers.
Originality/Value: The research develops a theoretical argument of patriotism as a tool of governmentality, juxtaposing it to the approach of patriotism as an ideology. This chapter also contributes to the studies of resistance, adding the perspective of cultural intermediaries contrary to the commonly studied perspective of consumers.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to summarize the information about web resources in the area of mycology, one of the most important spheres of biology.
Design/methodology/approach
The information on mycological web resources is systematised. Scientific journals, newsletters and magazines of mycological scope, along with their publishers, are presented.
Findings
It is of use to biologists, chemists and other scientists and teachers working in the area of mycology, as well as scientists, who profess to disseminate scientific knowledge, to avail themselves of the myriad information sources on offer.
Originality/value
This is possibly the first attempt to embrace comprehensively and in minute detail the vast field of information on the sources of contemporary mycology and its representative bodies.

Abstract
Purpose
Information about the former and current status of many scientific journals is summarized.
Design/methodology/approach
Newly‐created journals (sometimes based on old ones), cessation of issues, journals incorporated into others, merged and split journals are mentioned. Information about a large number of scientific publishers (publishing houses, scientific institutions and organizations, educational institutions, societies, associations, federations, unions and companies) which make a significant contribution to printed and electronic output are noted. The web addresses of electronic libraries, information networks, search systems, databases and catalogs of natural‐scientific literature are collected.
Findings
It behoves scientists, who profess to disseminate scientific knowledge, to avail themselves of the myriad information sources on offer.
Originality/value
This is possibly the first attempt to embrace comprehensively and in minute detail the vast field of information on the sources of contemporary sciences and their representative bodies.
